SPARTUS EasyARC 500 Pulse
– powerful 500A MMA power source with pulse for demanding welding applications

SPARTUS EasyARC 500P is a high-performance, three-phase MMA welding power source designed for intensive work in workshops, production facilities, maintenance departments and for welding larger-section steel structures. A maximum welding current of 500A, 400V power supply and 60% duty cycle provide the power reserve required where standard MMA welding machines are no longer sufficient.

The EasyARC 500P combines high performance with functions that directly improve welding comfort and control. MMA Pulse, adjustable base current, Hot Start, Arc Force and VRD allow the arc characteristics to be adapted to the electrode type, welding position and requirements of a specific task.

500A MMA – power for demanding applications

SPARTUS EasyARC 500P offers a wide welding current adjustment range from 30 to 500A, making it suitable both for assembly work and for welding thick components. Its high power output allows the use of electrodes requiring a stable, powerful current source and provides greater flexibility in structural and repair applications.
This machine is designed for applications where reliability and the ability to maintain a stable arc over extended periods are essential.

MMA Pulse – greater control of the weld pool

One of the key features of the EasyARC 500P is MMA Pulse. Pulse welding provides better control of the weld pool, reduces heat input into the material and makes it easier to control the weld in more demanding positions. This is particularly useful when process stability, reduced risk of overheating and improved weld appearance are important. Adjustment of the base current within the range of 70–500A and pulse frequency from 0.5–10 Hz enables precise parameter adjustment to the material, electrode and operator’s working style.

“SYN” function – faster MMA parameter selection

The “SYN” function assists the operator in quickly setting MMA welding parameters. Once basic data such as material thickness and electrode diameter have been entered, the machine helps select the appropriate welding current values. This reduces setup time, minimizes the risk of incorrect settings and makes it easier to achieve a stable arc, especially when welding tasks are changed frequently.

Stable arc and easier electrode ignition

EasyARC 500P is equipped with functions that support everyday MMA welding. Hot Start facilitates arc ignition, particularly when using electrodes requiring a higher starting current. Arc Force helps maintain arc stability during welding, reducing the risk of arc extinction when the electrode is brought closer to the workpiece. As a result, the operator gains greater control over the process, while welding becomes smoother, more stable and more predictable.

VRD – increased operational safety

The VRD function reduces the open-circuit voltage, increasing the safety of machine operation. This is particularly important in environments with an increased risk of electric shock, such as confined spaces, steel structures or areas with elevated humidity.

TIG Lift DC – greater versatility from a single power source

In addition to MMA welding, SPARTUS EasyARC 500P also enables TIG Lift DC welding. This function expands the machine’s range of applications and allows more precise welding tasks to be carried out while maintaining a simple power source configuration

400V performance and robust construction

The three-phase 3~400V power supply ensures stable machine operation under heavy loads. High efficiency of 88%, a cosφ 0.95 power factor, H insulation class and IP21S protection rating emphasize the machine’s industrial character.

Applications

SPARTUS EasyARC 500P is suitable for structural, assembly, repair and production work wherever a powerful, stable and easy-to-use MMA power source is required. It is a good choice for welding structural steels, repairing machine components, service work, maintenance operations and applications requiring high welding current.

SPARTUS EasyARC 500P – industrial MMA power

SPARTUS EasyARC 500P is a powerful MMA power source for users who require high welding current, a stable arc and functions that support precise operation. Pulse welding, Hot Start, Arc Force, VRD and TIG Lift DC combine 500A performance with the flexibility required for everyday workshop and industrial applications.
