SPARTUS XPro CUT 110CNC
– industrial plasma cutting and full CNC integration

SPARTUS XPro CUT 110CNC is a high-performance inverter plasma cutter designed for the most demanding industrial, production and automated cutting applications. 400V power supply, cutting current up to 100A, the ability to cut materials up to 55 mm thick and a 100% duty cycle ensure maximum process efficiency and readiness for continuous operation in production environments.

HF-free non-contact arc ignition – more stable starts and longer component life

One of the key advantages of the XPro CUT 110CNC is the advanced non-contact pilot arc ignition system without high-frequency HF technology. Compared to traditional HF systems, this solution:

• reduces the risk of electromagnetic interference,
• improves arc ignition stability,
• increases comfort when working around electronics and automation systems,
• extends the service life of plasma torch consumables.

An additional advantage is the ability to ignite the arc without contact between the nozzle and the material, improving work ergonomics and reducing consumable wear.

Three operating modes – greater application versatility

SPARTUS XPro CUT 110CNC offers three operating modes:

• continuous cutting,
• grid cutting,
• gouging.

This allows the machine to perform not only standard cutting of thick sheets and steel structures, but also material preparation for welding, weld removal and repair work. The gouging function significantly increases the versatility of the unit, making the XPro CUT 110CNC suitable for advanced industrial and production applications.

Full control over cutting parameters

The plasma cutter is equipped with solutions designed to improve process control and daily operating comfort. Pre-gas and post-gas adjustment helps protect the torch and optimize arc operating conditions, while the gas test function allows quick and precise setup of the correct working pressure. Additionally, the 2T / 4T operating mode improves comfort during long cutting operations, while the intuitive control panel with smooth parameter adjustment enables fast adaptation to different materials and cutting tasks.

Integrated CNC socket — ready for production automation

XPro CUT 110CNC comes standard with an integrated CNC control socket, enabling seamless integration with plasma cutting tables.

This solution allows for:

• integration with automated production systems,
• improved production repeatability,
• shorter processing times,
• optimization of cutting costs,
• stable operation in serial production systems.

Fan Stop — intelligent cooling system

XPro CUT 110CNC features an intelligent Fan Stop cooling system that automatically activates the fan only when required. This solution improves operating comfort, reduces dust and contamination intake into the housing and increases reliability during intensive, long-term operation.

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)

SPARTUS XPro CUT 110CNC offers high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), ensuring stable operation without interference in demanding industrial environments. The machine has been designed for operation alongside automation systems, robots and modern CNC control equipment.

Industrial design for full-load operation

Despite its compact design, the machine has been engineered for intensive use in production environments. The 100% duty cycle allows uninterrupted long cutting processes without overheating-related downtime, significantly increasing efficiency in serial production and heavy industrial applications. SPARTUS XPro CUT 110CNC is a powerful plasma source designed for companies expecting maximum reliability, high cutting dynamics and full readiness for operation in modern industrial environments.

Greater working range, fewer limitations

A well-designed cable configuration – including a 6-meter plasma torch, 3m work clamp lead and power cable – provides excellent freedom of movement when working with large and heavy workpieces. The 3-meter gas hose with quick connector improves workstation organization and speeds up machine setup.

Ready for modern industrial production environments

SPARTUS XPro CUT 110CNC is an industrial plasma cutter designed for intensive multi-shift operation in manufacturing plants, fabrication workshops and modern production lines. The combination of 100A cutting power, 100% duty cycle, CNC integration and advanced control systems makes this machine the ideal solution wherever productivity, process repeatability and maximum reliability are essential. It is a modern plasma cutting source built for heavy industrial work without compromise.
