SPARTUS XPro CUT 70CNC
– precision cutting and full CNC integration

SPARTUS XPro CUT 70CNC is a modern inverter plasma cutter designed for production plants,

contractors and users who expect stable, efficient and predictable operation in industrial environments. 400V power supply, cutting current up to 60A,

the ability to cut materials up to 40 mm thick and a 60% duty cycle ensure high process efficiency and readiness for operation under heavy loads.

Non-contact arc ignition without HF – more stable start and longer component life

One of the key features of the XPro CUT 70CNC is the use of a modern non-contact pilot arc ignition system without high-frequency HF. Compared with conventional HF systems, this solution:

• reduces the risk of electromagnetic interference,
• improves arc initiation stability,
• increases working comfort around electronics and automation systems,
• extends the service life of plasma torch consumables.

An additional advantage is the possibility of igniting the arc without the nozzle touching the material, which improves work ergonomics and reduces wear of working components.

Three operating modes – greater application versatility

SPARTUS XPro CUT 70CNC offers three operating modes:

• continuous cutting,
• intermittent cutting,
• gouging.

As a result, the device performs not only in standard sheet metal and steel structure cutting, but also in material preparation for welding, weld removal and repair work. The gouging function significantly increases the versatility of the machine and allows the XPro CUT 70CNC to be used in more advanced workshop and production applications.

Full control of process parameters

The cutter is equipped with solutions that increase control over the cutting process and improve everyday working comfort. Adjustment of gas flow time before and after cutting (pre-gas / post-gas) helps better protect the torch and optimise arc operating conditions, while the gas test function enables quick and precise setting of the correct working pressure. In addition, 2T / 4T operating mode increases comfort when cutting long sections, and the intuitive control panel with smooth parameter adjustment allows the machine to be quickly adapted to the material type and the nature of the work.

Integrated CNC socket — ready for production automation

XPro CUT 70CNC is equipped as standard with a CNC control socket, enabling the machine to work with plasma cutting tables.

This solution allows for:

• integration with automation processes,
• increased production repeatability,
• shorter component lead times,
• optimisation of processing costs,
• stable operation in serial production systems

Fan Stop — intelligent cooling system

XPro CUT 70CNC is equipped with an intelligent Fan Stop cooling system, which automatically starts the fan only when it is actually needed. This solution not only improves the operating culture of the device, but also reduces the intake of dust and contaminants into the housing, contributing to greater reliability and longer component life.

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)

SPARTUS XPro CUT 70CNC features high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), ensuring stable, interference-free operation in demanding industrial environments. The device has been designed so as not to affect the operation of other machines and control systems, while maintaining resistance to external interference. This means reliable operation around automation systems, robots and modern production installations.

Compact design for industrial work

Despite its high performance and integration with CNC systems, the device retains compact dimensions and a mobile design. A weight of 16.2kg and a solid transport handle make it easier to organise the workstation and move the device between production areas. SPARTUS XPro CUT 70CNC is a solution for companies that expect modern plasma cutting technology, high process reliability and readiness for operation in automated production environments.

Greater working range, fewer limitations

A well-thought-out cable configuration – a 6-metre plasma torch, 3m ground cable and power cable – provides real freedom of operation on large components and reduces the need to reposition the machine frequently. A 3-metre gas hose with quick coupling speeds up connection and improves workstation organisation, resulting in greater work efficiency.

Ready for work in a modern production environment

SPARTUS XPro CUT 70CNC is a plasma cutter created for companies that expect a stable cutting process, high-quality workmanship and the ability to integrate with CNC systems. The combination of modern control functions, non-contact arc ignition without HF and compact design makes the device ideal for both manual cutting and automated production processes. It is an efficient and modern plasma source designed for intensive everyday use.
