Prices are shown both excluding and including VAT. If you register as a customer, you can see previous orders, save favorites in a list, review products, etc.

Prices and payment

In the store, prices are displayed including and excluding VAT. In the checkout, all information including VAT is specified, as well as the VAT specified separately.

We reserve the right to change prices in the event of circumstances beyond our control.

(for example, currency changes, increased purchase or manufacturing prices or increased VAT).

In addition, we reserve the right to cancel orders where the item is obviously incorrectly priced.

Payment with Payson.

Payment is easy and secure with Payson. You do not need to have a previous account with Payson to be able to pay.

Generally

These general terms and conditions apply to consumers and traders when the customer shops at BNR Produkter AB, unless another special written agreement has been signed between the customer and BNR.

When the customer acts as a consumer (private individual), the mandatory rules under the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act (DHL) and the Consumer Purchase Act apply.

To shop at BNR, the buyer must be of legal age or have the permission of a guardian.

As a consumer, you always have the right to have your complaint reviewed by the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN).

If the customer thinks that an item purchased from us is faulty but we disagree – there is a dispute.

To have this dispute reviewed, the customer should contact the Swedish General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se.

We participate in dispute resolution and follow ARN’s recommendations.

The customer can also contact the municipality’s consumer advisor and the Swedish Consumer Agency for advice and assistance or the European Commission’s online dispute resolution portal.

Unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, the Swedish Purchase Act applies to sales to companies/traders.

For companies/entrepreneurs:

Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions and the legal relationships connected therewith shall be settled by arbitrators.

If in the event of a dispute the value of what is claimed clearly does not exceed ten times the base amount applicable at the time of the invocation of arbitration according to the Act (1962:381)

regarding general insurance, the dispute shall be decided by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce at the request of the party.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act (DHL), you as a private individual have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without having to give a reason.

The deadline starts on the day you receive the product. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of you exercising your right of withdrawal.

If the product has been used more than reasonably to check functionality, a deduction for depreciation will be made (if the item can be considered used).

The deduction is deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Return the product to its original packaging, including accessories such as cable, user manual, batteries and remote control.

When returning under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost. Remember to save the delivery receipt as you, as the return sender, are responsible for the return.

Once we have received the product(s), a refund will be made for the product (with any deduction for any decrease in value).

NOTE: The cost of any shipping of the item to you is not refundable.

It may take approximately 14 working days from the time we have received and approved your return before you can receive your refund.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or that can quickly deteriorate or become too old, as well as goods that are specially ordered.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to a service where performance has begun with the consumer’s consent during the withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies/traders.

Guarantees

You have a full warranty on all products you purchase according to current legislation. Some products also have an extended warranty.

In the event that you need to register the product with the manufacturer to activate this extended warranty – we will help you with this as much as possible.

This may involve, for example, registering the machine number and date of sale with the manufacturer.

The warranty does not apply if the defect is due to an accident after the customer received the goods or if you have failed to follow the care and installation / service instructions.

BNR Produkter AB reserves the right to repair the product or replace it.

Deliveries

Delivery methods, terms and delivery times vary depending on the type of product and country. For example, a specially ordered item may take longer to deliver than one that is in stock at the time of the order.

Normal delivery time for stocked products is approximately 1-3 days. For addresses in sparsely populated areas, to islands that require ferry transport and addresses in the northern part of the country, it may be a few days longer than normal delivery time due to longer distances and ferry regulations for, for example, dangerous goods.

We use different transport companies for delivery to you. Delays may occur in their delivery times.

We are not responsible for the delivery time once the package has been transferred to the shipping company. We will be happy to help you determine the reason for any delay.

In the event that the delivery of the goods is delayed from what was agreed or from what can reasonably be assumed to be the normal delivery time, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

This way, we can quickly and easily investigate the cause of the delay.

In the shopping cart, you can choose between a couple of different transport methods and between different suppliers for most products.

If you have better conditions to pick up a package from a specific supplier – we recommend that you choose this delivery method.

Transport damage

If your product/package is damaged in transit, we ask that you report the incident to our customer service. 

We recommend that you report any transport damage as soon as possible after receipt, but no later than two months after receipt.

If there are special circumstances, this can be reported later. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the cost of the product not being reimbursed.

Please keep the following in mind when returning a damaged item:

Return the package as soon as possible to the postal service point or the carrier that delivered it. Remember to include the invoice and/or shipping label.

Report the matter to the post office/transport company and provide us with the case number.

Replacement deliveries are free of charge.

Remember to save the delivery receipt as you are responsible for the return.

Unclaimed packages

We are not responsible for packages that are not collected within a reasonable time. We are also not responsible for packages that are returned to us without being collected.

Unclaimed packages returned to us are shipped at your risk and you are responsible for the shipping cost. It is therefore important that you collect a package even if you have regretted your purchase.

If you as a customer have missed picking up the package, but want the item, you will pay the shipping cost for the second shipment yourself.
