It combines collaborative robotics technology with advanced MIG functions, supporting efficient, repeatable, and high-quality welding. The SPARTUS MIGBOT package includes all essential components: robot arm, control station, cabling, and emergency stop button. The entire system is prepared for start-up and programming directly out of the box. The device price includes 4 hours of remote technical support, covering remote connection, system configuration, and basic operator training.

INTUITIVE CONTROL AND FAST PROGRAMMING

The robot is equipped with a teach pendant, enabling convenient programming and robot motion control. The control system allows quick trajectory teaching by manually guiding the arm and saving motion points and work sequences. Programmable buttons enable recording of PTP and LIN points, I/O signal handling, and work cycle control, significantly reducing application deployment time – especially during testing, POC, and process modification stages.

PREPARED FOR WELDING AUTOMATION

SPARTUS MIGBOT is fully adapted for cooperation with welding systems. It supports integration with arc sensors, seam tracking systems, and external controllers, enabling precise process guidance even with variable workpiece conditions. High motion repeatability (±0.02 mm) ensures stable weld quality and real production efficiency increase while reducing operating costs.
