ProTIG 325P AC/DC – MODERN AND EFFICIENT TIG AC/DC WITH PULSE

SPARTUS® ProTIG 325P AC/DC is a technologically advanced inverter welder designed for professional use. The device allows welding with TIG AC/DC and MMA AC/DC methods, achieving a maximum current of 320A. It is powered by a three-phase 400V network, ensuring efficient and stable operation.

TIG WELDING

Thanks to modern solutions, SPARTUS® ProTIG 325P AC/DC offers users the choice between HF (High Frequency) arc ignition and the Lift method. The machine is also equipped with a pulsed current welding function, ideal for precise work on thin sheets and aluminum.

The device allows full customization of the welding process through:

• AC waveform selection: Three options are available – rectangular, sinusoidal, and triangular – allowing you to adjust the welding parameters to specific material requirements.
• Adjustments: AC balance, current and pulse frequency, pulse width, and pulse current, providing excellent control over the welding process.
• Adjustments of current upslope and downslope times: Allows optimization of the arc dynamics, which is crucial for complex welds.
• SingleSPOT and MultiSPOT welding: These options enable precise spot welding, ideal for exacting applications in industry.
• 2T/4T mode: Facilitates control and provides work comfort in both short and long-term welding projects.

CONTROL OPTIONS

SPARTUS® ProTIG 325P AC/DC also stands out with its flexible control options, providing convenience and adaptability in various work environments. The device offers UP&DOWN handle control or potentiometer control, enabling precise adjustment of welding parameters directly from the handle. Additionally, wired foot control is available, perfect for those seeking maximum comfort. SPARTUS® ProTIG 325P AC/DC is also compatible with a wireless remote control, allowing you to operate the machine from anywhere in the workshop, eliminating cable constraints and enhancing user mobility. These advanced control options provide welders with not only convenience but also the precision and efficiency needed to achieve the best results.

MMA WELDING

SPARTUS® ProTIG 325P AC/DC not only offers advanced TIG welding but also enables MMA (AC/DC) welding. This versatile function is further supported by Arc Force and Hot Start technologies, which automatically adjust the arc parameters, significantly improving the quality of the weld and making it easier to start and maintain welding in various conditions.

MEMORY CHANNELS

SPARTUS® ProTIG 325P AC/DC is equipped with an advanced memory system that allows saving up to 10 different welding configurations. This function enables welders to quickly and easily switch between settings ideally suited to various materials and environments. This significantly speeds up the work process, eliminating the need for constant manual parameter adjustments. The ability to save favorite settings makes the SPARTUS® ProTIG 325P AC/DC not only efficient but also extremely intuitive to operate, making it an ideal tool for professionals seeking efficiency and precision in welding.

SPARTUS® ProTIG 325P AC/DC is the perfect choice for professionals seeking a reliable and efficient welding device that performs in all conditions, both in production and industrial sectors.
