– industrial stability and full process control in a modern design

SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse is a modern inverter welding machine designed for users who expect high performance, a stable arc, and maximum control over the welding process. Three-phase 400V power supply, maximum welding current of 300A, and a 60% duty cycle provide sufficient power reserve for demanding workshop, production, and installation tasks.

The device supports MIG/MAG welding in manual, synergic, Pulse, and Dual Pulse modes, as well as TIG Lift and MMA. Thanks to this, XPro MIG 300DP performs equally well in standard structural steel welding and in more demanding applications involving stainless steel or aluminium, where arc energy control and weld aesthetics are essential.

MIG/MAG welding – greater control, better weld quality

The key operating area of the SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse is the advanced MIG/MAG process, designed for stable arc performance, fast configuration, and high repeatability of results. The operator can work in manual mode, ensuring full freedom of adjustment, or use synergic programs, which automatically select parameters according to material type, wire diameter, and shielding gas.

The main advantage of the machine is the ability to operate in Pulse and Dual Pulse modes. Pulse technology allows precise control of the energy introduced into the material, resulting in a more stable arc, reduced spatter, and better weld pool control. Dual Pulse additionally enables achieving a characteristic, aesthetically pleasing weld appearance similar to TIG welding, while maintaining the high efficiency of the MIG/MAG process. This solution is especially effective when welding aluminium and stainless steel, where limiting material overheating and controlling distortion are crucial to the final weld quality. Adjustment of pulse parameters, pulse frequency, and base current allows precise adaptation of the welding characteristics to the material type and technological requirements.

The machine offers advanced torch operating modes: 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T, and SPOT. Standard 2T and 4T modes make it easier to adapt operation to short or long welds, while extended S2T and S4T modes allow control of the beginning and end of the process. This enables the operator to precisely manage arc ignition, starting current, end parameters, and crater filling.

The SPOT mode enables repeatable spot welds, increasing precision when working with elements requiring welding time control. Inductance adjustment allows the arc characteristics to be adapted to the material and welding position — from a softer arc to a more dynamic and concentrated one. In practice, this means better penetration control, reduced spatter, and greater process stability.

SPARTUS XPro MIG 300DP also offers detailed welding process control. The operator can adjust parameters such as pre-flow and post-flow gas time, Soft Start, arc start and end parameters, and Burn Back, responsible for proper wire feeding termination. The Slow Feed function ensures controlled wire feeding start-up, improving ignition stability and operator comfort.

Synergic programs

SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse offers synergic programs for the most commonly used materials and applications. The machine enables welding of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and self-shielded flux-cored wire. Thanks to the synergy function, the operator can start working faster and then fine-tune the parameters according to personal experience and the specific joint requirements. It is a combination of automated settings and conscious process control.

Built-in 4-roll wire feeder

Stable wire feeding is crucial for MIG/MAG welding quality. SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse is equipped with a built-in 4-roll wire feeder ensuring smooth and consistent wire feeding.

The feeder is located inside the housing and features a practical inspection window and internal lighting, making it easier to monitor the spool, wire guidance, and roller settings. This is especially useful during wire replacement, when working in poorly lit environments, and for quick workstation checks before welding. Additionally, a storage space for spare rollers inside the feeder ensures convenient access to the most commonly used accessories without the need for additional workspace organisation.

The machine is also compatible with a Spool Gun, expanding the possibilities of working with soft wires, especially aluminium. This solution improves feeding stability and reduces problems related to guiding soft wire over longer distances.

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)

SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse features high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), ensuring stable operation without interference in demanding industrial environments. The machine has been designed not to affect the operation of other equipment and control systems while maintaining resistance to external interference. This ensures reliable performance in environments with automation systems, robots, and modern production installations.

20 memory channels – repeatability without wasting time

The machine offers 20 memory channels enabling the storage of custom welding parameter settings. This is a major advantage when working with repetitive components, different materials, or fixed production tasks. The operator can save proven configurations and quickly return to them without having to reset all parameters. The result is shorter preparation time, reduced risk of errors, and greater process repeatability.

User comfort and clear LCD control panel

The modern control panel with a clear LCD display provides quick access to the most important functions and parameters. The interface guides the user through process selection, material type, wire diameter, and additional settings, making operation intuitive even with the machine’s advanced capabilities.
During welding, key operating parameters are displayed on the screen, allowing ongoing process monitoring and quick adjustment to the requirements of a specific task.

TIG Lift Pulse – advanced parameter control

SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse is not limited to MIG/MAG welding only. The TIG Lift mode enables precise TIG DC welding with touch arc ignition, without using HF high frequency. It is a practical solution wherever greater process control and high weld aesthetics are required.

However, the XPro MIG series takes TIG Lift capabilities a step further. The machine is equipped with an advanced TIG Lift Pulse function with pulse mode operation and access to extended welding process settings, including pulse frequency and pulse width adjustment. This solution enables even more precise control of the welding arc, heat input, and weld characteristics, especially appreciated by users working with thinner materials or demanding details.

In addition to standard support for TIG torches with a valve, SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse also supports TIG torches equipped with handle controls and EURO connector. This allows the operator to conveniently control the welding process without removing their hand from the torch, significantly improving ergonomics and comfort. Additionally, besides the 2T and 4T modes, the machine also offers an 8T mode, enabling an extended torch control cycle. This solution improves multi-stage welding operation and reduces the need to constantly hold the torch button, increasing operator comfort.

MMA Pulse and intelligent process control

Additionally, the machine is equipped with functions supporting comfort and weld quality such as: Hot Start – facilitating electrode ignition, Arc Force – stabilising the arc during welding, and VRD – increasing safety by reducing open-circuit voltage.

The XPro MIG series additionally offers two advanced MMA characteristic modes: constant current and constant power.

MMA Constant Current — stable and predictable arc
In MMA Constant Current mode, the machine maintains a stable welding current value regardless of arc length changes or working conditions. This solution ensures high process stability, facilitates electrode guidance, and allows repeatable weld quality. Automatic maintenance of the set current value reduces the need for continuous parameter correction by the operator, increasing comfort and improving process control.

MMA Constant Power — intelligent parameter adjustment
The MMA Constant Power mode dynamically regulates output voltage and current to maintain constant welding power. As a result, the machine automatically adapts operating characteristics to changes in arc length and process conditions. This solution increases welding stability, simplifies operation, and enables faster adaptation of working parameters to different materials and welding positions. The operator sets the desired power, while the machine automatically optimises the remaining process parameters.
