Product information

1. The cutting table stand:

The cutting table stand is a flat-welded integrated welding structure, which is roughly machined after annealing

to eliminate internal stresses and after secondary vibration aging treatment,

which removes the stress caused by welding and processing,

thereby significantly improving the stability of the machine stand.

The cutting table connection is fully welded to ensure the long-term stability of the equipment

and can carry the continuous impact and deformation of the thick plate on the table when cutting medium and thick sheets.

The table is welded with 6-25 mm plates, with reinforcing ribs in the middle of the plates.

The structure is stable and the design is durable, which has been verified with long-term use.

2. Cast aluminum crossbeam:

The beam is cast in aluminum 101A machined afterglow to eliminate internal stresses

and refined after vibration aging treatment.

All beams are carefully checked to ensure that the tolerance of the laser beam is 0.03 mm.

If this is not the case, the product is substandard and will be replaced.

The protective window is installed in the cartridge and is convenient to replace.
