SPARTUS® EasyMIG 210S

Is a modern semi-automatic welding of inverter technology, based on IGBT transistors.

It enables welding by means of a consumable electrode shielded with inert (MIG) or active (MAG) gases,

coated electrode welding (MMA) and TIG welding.

In addition, thanks to the weld's ability to change the polarity of the welding, welding with flux-core welding wire without gas is possible.

The maximum welding current for the MIG / MAG / TIG method is 200A.

For the MMA welding method, it is 160A.

The unit is powered by a single phase 230V.

The unit is equipped with synergistic programs for MIG / MAG welding with wire diameter of 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm.

In addition, the unit has the ability to manually adjust the set parameters.

Thanks to the use of modern technical solutions, the welding is equipped with a number of functions that support the welding process:

2T / 4T - option to choose one of two modes of operation (MIG / MAG)

In - weld inductance control - (MIG / MAG)

Hot - Hot Start, a simpler electrode ignition (MMA)

Force - Arc Force, an easier welding in forced positions (MMA)

The high quality roller feeder provides stable feed of steel wire, stainless steel wire and aluminum wire.

Stable output parameters guarantee correct welding quality.

The modern LCD screen enables a simple and fast setting of the welding voltage and managing the unit functions.

When the parameters are corrected, the display suggests the weld shape and graphically shows the recommended thickness of the material for the given current.
